As part of my Brand Management capstone course, I analyzed Blank Street as a “hot/cool brand” trending in March 2025, exploring what drove its relevance.
Using a mix of brand, media, and consumer research, I drew from:

The New York Times Food
Kantar/Vivvix/MediaRadar
Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
USP + UGC
UK publications such as Fabric Academy and Strand Magazine
Forbes
I examined the company’s positioning, target customer, biggest competitors, funding, and growth trajectory, then closed with a realistic forecast of the next 5 years, including a list of strategic recommendations for sustaining the momentum beyond the microtrend life cycle.
Blank Street was valued at $500 million with roughly $149 million in revenue in 2025.
